Kevel undergoes regular, independent audits to validate our security posture. We have obtained a SOC 2® Type II Report, which examines our controls related to Security, Availability, and Confidentiality for our Kevel Ad Server Platform and the Audience and Relay Products. This report confirms that our controls are designed and operate effectively to meet our service commitments and system requirements. Additionally, we have a SOC 1 Type II Report for our Kevel Ad Server, Audience, and Relay Products, which is relevant for user entities and their auditors assessing financial reporting and internal controls.

Our commitment to security extends to our operational practices. We utilize Amazon AWS for third-party hosting, including Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) for Infrastructure-as-a-Service, and Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), Amazon DynamoDB (DynamoDB), Amazon Key Management Service (KMS), and AWS Simple Storage Service (S3) as Platform-as-a-Service. These services help us restrict physical access to our systems and ensure robust data storage. We also conduct quarterly reviews of access to our platforms and related systems to ensure employee access is appropriate and any issues are resolved.
